Enbridge Gas is currently reaching out to homeowners who do not have a post-retrofit assessment booked or completed via email and direct mail communication. Please ensure that you carefully review your spam or junk email folders for any missed communications about your application. Program participants who fail to respond to communications from Enbridge Gas may see their file closed.
The Home Efficiency Rebate Plus program, in partnership with Natural Resources is no longer accepting new applicants. Homeowners who are already participating are encouraged to proceed in a timely manner with their retrofits and will continue to be eligible for funding and support through the Canada Greener Homes portal.
If you have not scheduled your post-retrofit assessment or E-audit, you should schedule one as soon as possible as funding will be provided on a first come, first served basis.
If you have completed your post-retrofit energy assessment or E-audit, funding is allocated for you, however you still need to ensure you complete all program requirements and have your post-retrofit assessment and associated documentation submitted by your Service Organization for verification prior to issuance of the rebate payment.
